Scott Humble joined Turley, Swan & Childers, P.C., an AV rated Phoenix litigation firm, in 2002. He became a shareholder in the firm in 2006. Mr. Humble's pratice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation and appellate matters including commerical general liability defense, construction defects, premises liability, products liability, and personal injury. Mr. Humble has provided high quality representation to a variety of clients including national and local insurers, contractors, large and small businesses, homeowners, homeowner's associations, schools, educators, and legal professionals. Mr. Humble represents clients in legal matters in state, federal, and tribal courts, and administrative offices throughout Arizona. Mr. Humble is an Arizona native. After graduating from high school in Tempe, he attended the University of Arizona where he obtained bachelor's degrees in ecology and evolutionary biology, and psychology. While attending law school at the University of Arizona, Mr. Humble was selected to join the staff of the Journal of International and Comparative Law, and worked as a law clerk with the Pinal County Prosecutor's Office. After graduation, he was selected to clerk for the Honorable John M. Quigley of the Superior Court for Pima County. Mr. Humble returned to Phoenix in 1999 where he began his practice with a long-standing AV-rated civil litigation firm.
